UCHS
Function
UCHS act as a clay hydration suppressant by intercalating and reducing between clay platelets so that water molecules will not penetrate and causes shale swelling.

UCHS is having chemistry provide a buffer pH in 9.0-10.0 range, eliminating any required addition of NaOH or KOH.
IDCFLOC
Function
IDCFLOC flocculent is used to flocculate clays, shales, and colloidal drilling solids encountered in drilling operations.
This flocculent can help reduce build-up of formation solids in a fluid system and reduce dilution rates for clear water drilling systems.

Function
Provides superior chemical inhibition to reactive shales, clay and claystone formations, chalk, and formations interbedded with dispersive clays.
Secondary inhibition is achieved through the use of KCl or NaCl.
SIL-K
Function
Provides superior chemical inhibition to reactive shales, clay and claystone formations, chalk, and formations interbedded with dispersive clays.
It does not require additional salt to enhance inhibition, used in environmentally sensitive areas, where chlorides are prohibited from being discharged.

Function

Large volumes of ethylene glycol are consumed as an automotive engine antifreeze/coolant.
Its hygroscopicity makes it useful as a conditioning agent in adhesives, cork, vinyl floor tiles, synthetic rubber, cellulose sponges, printing inks and paper products. Additionally, it is used in the production of alkyd-type resins having linear chain structures and unsaturated polyester resins.
It is also used in the dehydration of natural gas.
MEG
Function
