IDCFLOW 1100

Function

IDCFLOW 1100 is a total organics surfactants solution with water and soluble in crude oil for the demulsification of oil in water, capable of performance at room temperature, but with improved speed and percentage of oil removed when applied at temperatures higher about 200C of room temperature. Most importantly, UNIVERSAL salt removal demulsifier destabilizes the oil-water interface that surrounds each water particle in the emulsion, replaces the emulsifier molecules (if any), and consequently, allows the water to coalesce.

International Drilling Chemicals demulsifier is a completely non-hazardous, non-toxic, biodegradable, non-corrosive, non-abrasive; non-ash-forming treatment. IDCFLOW 1000

Function

IDCFLOW 1000 is completely organic liquid formulation surfactants and dispersants in water. This is soluble in toluene, Xylene, Aromatic solvent, crude oil for the demulsification of water in oil and oil in water, capable of performance at room temperature, however, with improved speed and percentage of oil removed applied at temperatures near 600C (1400F). As a result, this destabilizes the oil-water interface that surrounds each water particle in the emulsion, replaces the emulsifier molecules (if any), and allows the water to coalesce. IDCFLOW 1000 (demulsification of crude oil) is a completely combustible, non-abrasive; non-ash-forming treatment. This improves the quality of the fuel it adds to. Most importantly, crude oil demulsifier in demulsification of water in crude oil emulsions is based on relative rates of water separation.
